Why does this happen--Runtime Error

Posted by marie-ndcal (My Page) on

Occasionally when I am on certain sites, like Current Catalog and today when ordering shoes on a another site I have used many times. I get the following:
Runtime Error Prograf:C:\programFiles\Internet\Explorer.Exc.R6025-purevituralfuntioncall
To get rid of it, I have to reboot the computer and start all over. Sometimes I loose everything I have ordered, sometimes I don't. Depends on the company.
Thanks
Marie

Yes, you can add Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome. There are also a couple of other lesser-known browsers from which to choose.

You can also fix the problem by going into IE Internet Options and clicking on...

> Tools menu
> Click the Advanced tab.
> Click to select the Disable script debugging check box.
> Click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check box.
> Click Apply, and then click OK.

That should eliminate any future problems.
