| Computer is a Dell, running Windows XP, sp3. Printer is an ancient Epson Stylus Photo 900 which is on its last legs and will be replaced as soon as I figure out what I want/need. Today was the first time I needed to print a webpage since I downloaded FF 12. It will not print.
I can print using test page, word documents, IE, email, etc, but it won't do it from FF. Error message says "this document failed to print" and gives name of document, etc. Since the printer does print anything else I send to it, it has to be a FF problem. Any suggestions? Thanks,

| Never mind.....I went to Firefox troubleshooting, and I think it's fixed. If not, I'll be back. For some reason, it wasn't selecting the right printer name. I had to select it manually, then it was okay. I don't know why this would happen, as every place else was selecting the one I have marked as the default printer. Shirley |
