Have you ever heard of Magnetic Bracelets ?
Comments (14)These are 6mm Austrain Crystals (Got them at Hobby Lobby. ) The hemitite beads come in different stregths and finishes. These are "extra strength bullet tubes" ... they are more powerful and alittle on the expensive side.... here's the site I bought them at (Arizona Bead Company ) I didn't see any info on the healing powers,Candy ... but snoop around their site - maybe you will find something. I sure have heard alot of "Success stories" with Magnets... I bet they would sell like hotcakes! The funniest thing was when I was eating at a restaurant -- the silverware kept attaching itself to my bracelet ! LOL This bracelet is strung on very thin nylon coated steel wire and is about 15" long ... The pattern of beads are : 2 hemitite /1 crystal/spacer/1 crystal/1 spacer/1 crystal . there's 10 sets of this combo with 2 extra hemitie beads on the end. It wraps around my wrist twice - but you can always experiment with different combos to make different lengths. Hope this helps a bit ! Here is a link that might be useful: Hematite Beads...See MoreHave You Check Your Computer ?
Comments (7)Okay, I've seen several news stories about this today. They are telling people to go to a web site to check to see if their computer is affected. BUT, if your computer is affected you can't get on the internet! This needed to be publicized better a month ago!...See MoreHave you heard of this at a wedding?
Comments (22)Donna, Gemini, Socks, and I think alike, I guess. My first thought when I read the original post was, "And here's the link to a web site showing what I would have gotten you for a wedding gift, had I been invited to actually attend the event." Yes, I think a webcast is a great idea for those folks who can't make it to the actual ceremony, for whatever reason. When the RSVP comes in saying that so-and-so will not attend, send them the info about the webcast. BUT, I still think it's tacky to just give someone the info for the webcast without having invited them to the actual ceremony. It really smacks of "you're not good enough to be part of our big day, but here's some info so you can watch and see what you're missing."...See MoreHave you heard of this cool gadget?
Comments (15)ROTFLOLTIWMP!!!!!! Oh, thanks for the article. What a hoot!!!! I mean, the projection system sounds cool the way you, Mo_sgal, described it. Not gotta have but really cool. Recipe Projection System. Eight in 10 of those surveyed said they cook for enjoyment, and 64% do so at least several times per week. Consumers reported wanting a wireless recipe projection system that would allow them to look up a recipe online, or even say aloud what they want to cook (e.g. "beef stroganoff"), and then have the recipe projected onto a surface in the kitchen from a small cabinet-mounted device. "Consumers reported wanting"???? What the hell kind of survey was that? One at Comdex where they showed it to some gadget junkies and asked if they wanted it? Can you imagine having a controlled survey, Gallop Poll, type of thing where they were asking you what you wanted in your kitchen and you thought, "Gotta be able to say 'Beef Stroganoff' and have the recipe projected on the cabinet!"? Especially considering that any old recipe is not what you need when you're cooking, but something that matches your tastes, supplies, style and skills. I've found lots of great recipes online but it takes a proper search and a lot of forward and back until one finds the right thing. When Mo_sgal first mentioned this I thought it was for personal recipes which one has stored on one's own computer (hence, print a new one). I think what the people in the article are talking about is a Star Trek kind of thing where the computer knows exactly what you want and gives it to you right when you ask. "Computer, look in the kitchen, see what I have, and tell me how to make something fantastic." They have all these kitchen inventory sensors they're trying to market which will tie in. For those who can't remember to look and make a list before they leave for work....See Moreravencajun Zone 8b TX
