Hi all - Anyone familiar with the Epson v500 scanner?

I've been scanning old slides for about a week with no problem at all. Yesterday, after scanning for about an hour, the scanner stopped giving me images of each slide and instead just came back with one picture of all 4 slides sitting in the slide holder. An actual scan/picture of precisely the way they look on the bed.

I made no changes in between. Does anyone have any idea? I've disconnected/connected/rebooted/turned off, on. No change.
