| I'm having an issue with a fairly new (couple months old) HP Officejet J6450 all-in-one (same as the J6470, but it's the Costco model#) .
It's connected to a Linksys router and the thing periodically going offline. Pulling the printer's plug to reset the connection takes care of it for a couple days, but I'd like a permanent fix. Any ideas? (I'm about to deal with HP directly, but I'm trying to locate my product literate first.) Thanks. |

| Forgot to mention that I'm running XP and Vista (two computers) and the problem is with both. Router is connected to the XP computer with ethernet, wireless G to the other. Seems like the printer is the problem, though. |

| Take a look at these posts linked below with that model and see if any fit your situation. As this is new you could use the help line for HP. I found them very helpful when I had an issue with my printer, they walked me through things till we hit the problem |

| Thanks for the link and comment. (Hopefully the solution is near at hand.) |
