What does Trojan.Agent/Gen-Nullo[Short] do? I've found lots of malware removal sites telling people how to get rid of it, but little information on what it does? Could I have acquired it from clicking on an image?

What version of IE is installed? How many add ons are installed? Are a lot of tabs open in IE when you get the High Memory usage of IE pop up? I don't think 6 years is bad for computer life. Technology changes so fast that many change computers often even if nothing is wrong with the old one. But, have you had the computer looked at? See what it would take to have it fixed? We have a desktop system that is very rarely used. Hubby has a laptop and I have a netbook. I love my netbook (small laptop). I like Apple products. We both have Iphones and I use an Ipad. However, at work we use Dell and MS programs. I also do hubby's contract work bookkeeping, some of which goes on to the accountant. The accountant uses MS. So, no Mac for us. My dad is crazy over his! I don't think though that you have to go with a Mac to avoid virus problems. You don't open email attachments unless you know what they are - right? I'd be curious as to where you're picking up the virus.

We lived in the DC area before we left to Nicaragua! CRV did very well in the snow. The AWD (All wheel drive) is automatic, you do not control it, and only comes on when it is needed. The CRV does not use any special tires. Be aware with AWD cars that all tires must have the same tread depth!! So after 15000 miles u have to replace 1 (flat tire) you have to have it within the same tread depth as the others!! They can shave a new tire down to match the other 3 for a small fee---doing that now thru tirerack for my CRV. DC was hit by a snowstorm shortly after we got our CRV--more of freezing rain than anything.....but the streets were a mess.....Was funny (and frustrating) to see people with their high end sports cars--with sports tires...going no where!!!! Made for some dangerous situations!!
