I'm not saying I could do it, but I'd likely try. For instance, this rough beginning using "sed" works on the bbcode you posted above. It's missing a bunch of tags, even the regular [URL] one, but maybe it wouldn't be that difficult to extend. I had good luck removing a browser hijacker with Windows Defender about a year ago. It's free at the Microsoft Download site. Maybe it will help you.

I offended some people. I am so sorry, honestly that was not my intention. owbist, I remember you are one of the people that has helped me before. I did not mean to say that I expected instant help. It's just that I guess I have had luck because In all my past request for help. I have always had quick replies, and since my computer is doing funny things I thought it could be possible that my post was not showing. Most of the time NOT....rarely it will. But when I used to use it before it gave up on me I would print shipping labels on PP..........Now since it let me on, I tried to buy the labels and ended up having to do them the old fashion way and will take to the PO tomorrow.......That is mainly my problem.......I will deal with whatever browser, even Chrome if only it prints the labels......... To find a program (Explorer, Control panel etc) if you know the name simply start typing it while on the start page. All potential titles will appear in the top left side. click your choice. Take your mouse right into the lower right corner for a flyout with settings and devices. Click the Settings icon for Control panel. While there click Settings then click Change PC settings and a page with a whole raft of options appears allowing you to stop some of the garbage from running. Click on each title on the left side to view your choices. If you are in a program and want to see the start page simply go to the top left corner. The start page icons can be moved or removed as you want. Simply drag to the left all the lesser use ones then sort the ones you like into the order of your preference. To remove an icon right click and use the choices that appear on the bottom taskbar.
