| I booted a computer up normally. It has some variation of the ransomware virii on it. I need to remove it. (not my computer). Normally, I would boot into safe mode and install MBAM on the computer and remove the virus that way. I booted into safe mode, and the ransomware screen came up. If I can't boot into safe mode to remove the virus, Computer is a Dell running XP home edition. Thanks. Pooh Bear |
