| I have the PDN 7" Color Multimedia eReader
Firmware Version: S10_11_19_K_PD_INX7E_ENG_6410POP
I have not been able to connect to the internet for quite some time and have not had time to update my firmware. At first I thought the only problem was trying to connect through my home setup, but I tried at the hospital and although it had connected at the hospital before, it would not this time. I went to the download site and downloaded the upgrader (Version 6.2.0.1), the size is 107KB. It's been so long since I have done anything with the PDN and not sure how to do the upgrade. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jean |

| I would call the PDN support line if you are experiencing that kind of problem they have some trouble shooting methods you may have to try. I know at one time there were some issues with certain updates this may be one of those. |
