Green text underlined words...

Have you all noticed this or is it something again with my computer? In some of the posts I've been reading here, some of the words are underlined twice and are green. When you hover over the cursor over the words, you get a popup box....what's with this I wonder?

To turn it off click on the ? in the box that pops up. A new page opens and it has a tab that says disable. Click on that and follow the instruction.

Just another form of advertising.
