agree I would plug all into the router that is much safer anyway since the router will or should have a firewall in it. If it were the ones hooked to the router that had the problem it could be a bad router but if the one you have issues with is not plugged into the router that is what I would try first. One of the first things an ISP tech will tell you is power down your modem and router, disconnect them from all power let set for several minutes then replug and try. Let us know if plugging that one into the router works. You always want to put the router between the pc and the modem to give you the added protection in the router.

It does not seem to be a network adapter issue either, as both wireless and direct connection are problematic. The next step to see if a program typically Anti Virus is causing issue. So lets boot the computer to safe mode with Networking and see if you can connect that way, lets just concentrate using a direct connection. Restart the computer, keep tapping the F8 Key, the computer will boot to the advanced boot options menu black screen with white letter. From the list presented to you, use the arrow key to select Safe Mode With Networking once selected hit enter on the keyboard. Now try to connect to only Google.com. the 100Mbps is not telling you your internet speed connection it is simply telling you the ability of your router, most today are 10/100Mbps rated. This might help you understand that 10/100 devices mine also says 100 there likely everyone in here would have 100 there too. cox has multiple tiers of service you pay x amount of money for x amount of speed you would need to check your contract to know which tier you are paying for to know if you are getting the proper speed. I am also on cox and if you look way up in this old post you will see my speed test which is much much faster than yours so I would assume you have a lower tier of internet service with them. I do not have any other services with them so I have no bundle just strictly internet.
