Getting rid of 'Tasks and Collection1' box on Dell

| On my new Dell laptop there is a little box that has two dropdown tabs that say "Tasks" and "Collection 1". How do I get rid of them? I have tried contacting Dell about this, but unless you use IE they won't help with live chat.
I have a Latitude D610 and am running XP with Firefox.

The other thread you started on this has some suggestions have you tried them?

| If you are posting a reply immediately after sending a previous reply, just go to the Subject of Posting line and add a "1" to the end of the line..that way you can send as many replies as you want..no need to do that if someone posts after you |
