| I bought an Iphone but when I hook it to my computer, it says I need to update ITunes. When I try to install the update, it says the bonjour services fail to start. I have no idea what to do, as I'm not very good with computers. Would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks much! |

| Bonjour a network services tool that's necessary for iTunes (and other software) to run. Start with uninstalling Bonjour. Then reinstall the latest, greatest version of iTunes from Apple. |
