| Everything going great.get up next morning to print out bank statement.The printer half prints or not at all.I DID all Iknew to do do but no luck.What I want to know can I remove the program and re-download without hurting the computer? |

| Download the latest, greatest driver for your printer from Lexmark's website. Go into control panel, then Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall anything related to Lexmark. Unplug the printer and reboot the computer. Once the computer is back up run the driver software and follow the instructions. Don't plug the printer back in until instructed to do so. |
