I'm sure it is a licensing issue. Whomever owns the rights to the Sopranos wants money for the viewing rights. I'd suspect those "rights" are cheaper if you only stream to portable devices. Not as many folks are willing to watch episode after episode on a tablet vs. those willing to watch on a TV. Of course, it could be something else as well....

I just checked to see if springpad was available for all platforms and it is! I use it all the time I have it on my phone, tablets and pc all synced together. It is so easy to save something I might want to look at later or make a note about something. Check it out I bet you can find a use for it too. Super easy to use. Springpad I have used Imageshack for years and years for storing my pics online and using the codes to post them to forums etc. they make apps for apple and android which are great you can send your pics right from your phone or tablet etc to your imageshack account and lots more. I use it all the time. these are some of them check there may be more. Of course you would need an imageshack account which is free, I have had mine for years and have never had problems with it like I have with photobucket! SkyPath by Imageshack Corp that is for apple ImageshackDroid android version Skypath For Android another android option with skypath I have been using the imageshackdroid one but I will try the skypath one now to see which I like better.

I think it depends on what Comcast service level or type you have - call and ask. We have that capability with Dish with its included Sling feature. We use it around the house - our iPad or any PC becomes a connected TV from which you can watch current content or recorded items on the DVR. The same content can be watched from outside the house so long as the internet bandwidth you're going over can support it. I've watched recorded sporting events, local news programs and even SNL from across the Pacific and across the Atlantic, as well is within the US. It's very convenient and cool to use. Our kids who live out of the area use it to watch local sports teams too.

Do you use it frequently? We use ours daily. We wake up to the news and I come home for lunch M-F and tune into shows during that time. We also watch TV at night, especially before bed. Do you spend the big bucks on cable for the TV and not watch it very often? Yes, and I feel ripped off with Directv. Also do you fight over it with your SO? No. We have multiple TVs so if we disagree on a show then I just watch in a different room. Our house isn't that big and it's just me and the hubby. We have a 54" in our living room and I don't consider that very big anymore. When we replace it someday we'll go to 65-70". Our living room is open to the kitchen and I have to squint to see the guide on my 54" so bigger is needed lol. In our bedroom I think we have a 46" ?? It's not very far from our bed so it's plenty big. And in the basement we have around a 50" but we never go down there. Our TVs are older but get the job done. It's so hard for me to spend money on an item when I have something that already works. So I just wait until things break. I'm down to my last working HDMI port on the living room TV so once that one goes then I'll cheerfully buy a new 65-70"...
