| My laptop jumps when I am writing a letter or even this post, the word might jump in the middle of a previous one etc...any one else with this problem? this is a dell laptop Gran5 |

| This is a common problem with laptops. You are brushing the touchpad without realizing it. See if you have an option in your Control Panel to disable it while typing, or use a utility like the one in the link below. |

| My laptops all have a key in the top row of the keyboard that will toggle the touch pad on and off most laptops have that so it is very easy to do and what you describe happens quite a lot. |
