| This Printer has worked beautiful for about 4 years, then all of a sudden it will not print nor will it install software? |

| Thanks fruitjarfla, I seen on the HP Printer Forum that so many HP models were troublesome with no Band aids so I just junked it and went to Wal-Mart and got a Canon for $39.00. It works Great & and the ink refills are dirt cheap. |
