RE: forwarding mail

Open the email you want to forward. In the top right hand of the screen, in blue, is the word Actions. Click on that word and the drop down box gives lots of options, including Forward. Click on that.

RE: forwarding mail

What version is it? 2010?

If so:

  1. Select the item you wish to forward

  2. Look at that top left of the window - you will see "Home", select it (see Figure 1 below)

  3. Look for an envelope that that has a right pointing arrow and says "Forward" (just left of center and below where the "File", "Home", "Send/Receive", etc. labels are)

  4. Select that envelope (see Figure 1 below)

  5. The email will open with the cursor in the "To" field

  6. Enter the email address of the person you wish to forward the email to (see Figure 2 below)

  7. If you want to add some text, add it in the space below the "Subject" box and above the email text that is being forwarded (see Figure 2 below)

  8. Select the "Send" button (on the left) (see Figure 2 below)

  9. If you have automatic spellchecking turned on, it will spellcheck your message before sending

  10. Once spellchecking is done, the message will be sent

  11. You're done!
