"the exhaust rocker doesnt seem to travel near as far as the intake does," "could this be the camshaft?" Unfortunately some of these engines do have a camshaft problem. The cam lobes were not properly hardened and wear done prematurely. Some people have gotten free replacements even though their warranty had expired. The dealers said no but they called B&S Service directly. I have detailed instructions for adjusting the valves IF you would like them but I don't think this is your problem. The only reason I change out each time is because I recoup money by doing so. Every time Apple does a release, a lot of companies start offering buy back programs for the old phones, including Best Buy. By trading in the most recent phone, you get a lot of money back and I've never paid out of pocket for a phone yet. Instead, I pay the 200 upgrade cost with the trade in money and have money left over. Last time I got about 350 for my 5S, I just checked and can get 420 for my 6. We're happy with the carrier, and my husband doesn't want a new phone so I just renew the contract for his phone or mine. Verizon doesn't care. If I wait until next year, I won't make that much money on it at all. But I don't want to buy a phone or installments so this year I am probably going to pass.

So saying - "my iPhone will do ......" is usually not something that's unique, unless talking about a media item. In the camera department, as an example, one Motorola model has a Hasselblad attachment. Is it as good or as flexible as an iPhone. Or better? I don't know, but it's just an example of what's commonly possible. With battery life, the Apple 11 Pro has a battery of about 3100mAh. The last Moto phone I had had a 4000mAh battery. Even at nearly 3 years old when I replaced it, it lasted a full two days with fairly heavy use, 3-4 with lighter use. As with most things, we all have our preferences. What is common is that so many of the newest tech gadgets and capability are fun and extremely useful and make one wonder how we lived without them before.
