| Hi all,
Can someone elucidate the problem here? Every time I open a message in my Windows Live Mail inbox and try to "save as" the attached file (whether a document or a photo) Windows 7 shuts down and I have to start all over again, which usually works the 2nd time. I tried directly opening the attached, then doing "Save As"
