Pumpkin Cookies Recipe

I am looking for a recipe for Pumpkin Cookies that is easy to make and doesn't require a chemical engineer to make it. "LOL" If you also have a recipe for diabetics that would be great too.

Bob can I borrow your pumpkin cookie cutter? I don't have one of those. "LOL" To let you all know I tried the recipe that I found on the internet and it was a real hit and wasn't hard to make at all. Boy did I ever luck out on that one. Ha! Joyce |
