I need a poem

I am making some thank you gifts for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for my sister. Her baby was born 10 weeks premature and although he wasn't expected to live, he did and is now home. I made some candles and I thought it would be nice to do a custom label with a special thank you on it with some little poem or saying about the special care they gave. Any ideas, or does anyone know where I can find such?
