I don't know anything about the tags, but I'd love to know how to make the homemade Baileys.

Wendy....do you ever worry about using raw eggs? I have heard debates back and forth when making egg nog too...
Here's a recipe I have, that's really good...no eggs.
Bailey's Original Irish Cream

1 cup light cream
1 can Eagle sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30
seconds.
2. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. The
liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to
shake the bottle well before serving.

Makes 4 cups.

Thanks Tiger,
I had this recipe years ago and misplaced it. Do you know how much a bottle of Baileys is now? In PA it is $21.00. I hadn't bought it in many years, so I was really floored when I heard that.
