Picture It Locks up computer

I have Picture It Photo Premium Edition v.2001. Almost every time that I use it my computer locks up on me. When I print out pictures, especially whole pages, it locks up in the middle of the print out. Very frustrating.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

| We have the same versiion of Picture It and it did like yours sounds like it is doing. My hubby put in more memory and we haven't had any problems since then. Hope this helps. Dorie |

| June ~ I have the same version & yes it locks up on me but only occasionally. Try this patch & see if it helps. I now make sure nothing else is open when I'm using this program. Seems to help me.... Good Luck!
