Hi,
How can I make four equal squares to write in, in MS Word.
Regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper, thank you for your time and help.

What size squares?
Or do you want a quarter page, like a 4 up postcard (4.25" x 5.5")?
For the postcard you can get a template from MS Template Gallery at:

http://search.officeupdate.microsoft.com/TemplateGallery/result.asp?qu=postcard

One's that say they work with Avery 3263 and 8387 are 4up.

For 4 equal Squares, well, word has a column function and a table function. One of those might do what you want. Or could you draw a square and put your text inside. Sorry I'm not more help, just don't like to use word. I could set up what you want in MS Publisher or PageMaker, no problem, but word is just too much work.

You might want to tell which version of word you are using, as that may determine which features are available.

Insert a table then, create the block sizes you want.
Email me if you need some help.
