Try doing a google search for "printable crossword puzzles". Over 500,000 sites came up for gazillion types of crossword puzzles. Maybe you'll find something that you like.

This is not exactly what you are looking for but it is such a neat site. You can create different types of puzzles and they can be personalized. I made a word search that had many items related to my niece's family. The kids had fun!
