LOL Medo mine is just a lil bitty one, its 4 shelves with a raincoat that zips over it but it is holding now more than 100 cups of seedlings plus 5 trays of peat pots and the bottom shelf is still empty. It works for me but then too I have the pool table in the barn that I have more seedlings on (well on plywood over the pooltable) Bunny if I were there I'd go with ya to ask them. That sounds like a great thing! Im excited for you about ya'lls plans for your greenhouse!! Becki, I have been checking into farmers markets around here and they really don't have them close to here (closest one is 30 minutes away and then there is one every Thursday in Needville that is about 45 mins away but sounds like a good one, I am going to go there and look around this Thurs.) I also am finding out about a roadside stand to see if the outskirts of Katy allows that, things are so weird around here but if they do then I am going to do that if my cukes, squash,tomatoes and other veggies go good. (ohhh I hope they do just to show fox that gardening doesn't only burn calories but also produces dollars!) I have all the stuff for both a roadside stand and a booth at the farmers market from my woodworking and crafts booth. I think fox is happy that I have been getting back involved in living again. Along the lines of Meghane's suggestion above... Find some Valentine-theme ribbon at a sewing or craft store. Stitch it securely to nylon collars. Be sure to measure the collar width(s) before you go ribbon shopping. This would work for all sizes of dog and cat collars. Another collar idea: ***For dogs, paint simple dogbones and hearts on nylon collars using decorative paint. For an easy dogbone, paint a straight line, then put twin dots at each end. Alternate with hearts. ***For cats, paint little fishies and hearts similarly. Another collar idea (for cats or dogs): Just cut a length of sturdy holiday themed ribbon, fold over ends and stitch to prevent ravelling, then put corresponding spots of "hook and eye" stuff (Velcro) on each end. Much cheaper than using the nylon collars. If you can't find ribbon you like, consider using cotton or blend material... just make a tube, turn right side out and turn the ends in, press flat, stitch up the middle or each side and across ends to finish and to keep it flat. Finish with the Velcro spots. Make them in several sizes. Note on collars: You may find that the pet owners don't really know what size to get for their dog or cat, so try some on various size pets beforehand and make a chart... an X" collar fits a cat, a Y" collar fits a MinPin, a Z" collar fits a Golden Retriever, etc. Then be sure the collars are labeled with sizes. A toy for kitties: paint little hearts on two practice golf balls; glue one to each end of a curly shoelace. Or use pingpong balls; drill a hole in each ball, insert the ends of the shoelace and glue them in place. Dog toy: Got some fleece or berber scraps in Valentine colors? Cut three pieces, 1" x 1 yd, or 2" x 1-1/2 yds, or 3" x 2 yds. Tie a knot in one end, braid, tie another knot - a braided shaker toy. (I took these instructions from a book... you might want to make one first to see which dimensions work best.) Of course you can paint cute designs on plain dog and cat feeding bowls. Make a batch of dog bone 'treats' recipe, and use a heart shape to cut them out! They would look really special if you put just one or two (depending on size) into a zip-lock sandwich bag and used Jacquelyn's Valentine Bag Topper for each one! If you do computer crafts, make up some notecards with a cute picture or cartoon on the front with a related saying, like: "Here's some dog-gone good news!" "I'm letting the cat out of the bag!" "Love me, love my dog" "A house is not a home without a dog" And be sure to put your group's colophon on the back. Package them up nicely, maybe a group of four cards and envelopes in a zip-lock bag. I realize your fundraiser is for dogs, but I included cat items because many owners have both. I apologize So sorry for not posting some directions... Ok I will try to answer your questions 1.. Yes they are real bottle caps. I was lucky to get some from a lady that ordered many! but You can find them on ebay or maybe in some craft stores.. They claim you can't use a regular bottle cap they say because of the crimping.. 2. Yes I printed the pictures the pictures from my PC 3. I use my laminator that one side is laminate and the other is sticky back.. Here are some directions: 1. Line up your bottle caps on a hard surface, crown side up. Be sure to protect your tables or your floors. 2. Give the caps a couple of light taps with a rubber mallet, just to get them started---the real smashing will come later on the flip side. (word of caution, a hammer can leave you with deformed bottle caps.) but a mallet will distribute the pressure evenly, so we suggest getting a mallet. (any hardware store will carry these) 3.Ok here comes the FUN Part-- Flip the caps over and place them on your work surface crown side down. Beat it, whack it, and beat it some more, (think about that bad day lol) . Before long it will only take you a few times to get this downÂ. The outer edge of the cap with roll outward, and you'll have an amazing round metal embellishment , all of this from that bottle cap! Okay so now your asking, what in the world can I do with flattened bottle cap? Well lets get creative Fill them with things but a 1" round hole punch will do the trick for those who want their own images. Punch the image of choice, dab a little adhesive onto the cap, and position the image. Images can go inside the flattened cap, or on the back side. Caps can be colored with alcohol-based inks, which lets the metal shine through. They can be painted with acrylics and then sanded, textured, or whatever to create a grungy dated look. There is an endless list of things that you can do with them (Just get creative) Want to make holes for jump rings? Try a 1/16" paper punch. Yeah I know what you are thinking, but the metal really is soft enough to allow a simple paper punch to go through it. Or just go get one of your hubbyÂs drywall screws and ---use your mallet with the screw to make a hole. If you have any questions just ask Jackie Jackie

That's a a lot of words, maybe too many for my method. It's not brain surgery, by any means, Although, being able to draw a straight line is a start!! I briefly checked out that stencil site posted earlier, and it looked promising. They have some very nice fonts, and it looks like you can get the stencil cut as a whole, not just line by line and it looks like they remove the bridges. I just couldn't figure out how much it would cost. They are in the UK, I think. I understand why you don't want the transfer letters, so maybe do a little more googling. Again, if you want a very old-fashioned method, I can give it step-by-step. If you need some *cyber-help* I'll keep checking your post. The projector (I occasionally use the Tracer) is a good solution, too!
