Gosh, I'm a dork...I should have labeled the group photo! Jodi, that is indeed Sweet Lilian on her third scape. It thought she was done after 2, and pulled her out of her pot to investigate and there was another bud coming. She has been in bloom and teasing bloom almost the entire time I've had her! I remembered seeing someone's photos with 4 scapes and knew I had to have one of those! Hopefully a fourth may emerge? I can dream, right? Ok, here is another group photo and I wish I could say this was even half of my children: From Misc Pictured from the top on the ledge left to right: 'Red Lion' and Red with white stripes NOID in a planter, 'Sweet Lilian', 'Red Lion', 'Gilmar' and 4 other 'Red Lions' in silver bowl, 'Red (or Double) Dragon', and 'Picotee'. On the filing cabinet are back to front: some kind of palm plant that is not very happy right now, my not Minvera in the back with HUGE leaves, another 'Red Lion' just in leaves, and an 'Apple Blossom' replacement from the one that didn't bloom in bud. Below them on the floor are a big Pothos (in a big tacky pot, but someone gave it to me and I don't know what to do with it) and some kind of Dracena that doesn't really like me. All the leaves fell off, but when I stopped watering it, it grew from the top...so odd! On the wood bench/storage thingy left to right: A gardenia in bud from Vday, a Norfolk Island Pine from last year, 'Flamingo Star' in front, my money tree or Pachira, a random Christmas Cactus, beside and behind are 2 kinds of arrow plant, and then on the floor is a big pot with 7 clearance bulbs of the varitey 'Red Lion'...geez! I have a ton of red lions! I've hit too many clearance sales it seems!!! Hope you don't get exhausted reading all of this...if so, just skip it and look at the photo! HAHA! -Frank

Oh my God, Stacie!! That is horrible. Thank heavens you are okay. How did you ever have the presence of mind to turn off the car?? I am so glad that you have nothing worse than bumps and bruises. Those damages to the car are awful. Once I skidded off a road in icy conditions and hit a telephone pole. I totally blanked out from the time I realized I could not control the car until it came to a rest and I was somehow sitting in the passenger seat. Everyone -- please take a vow to be very careful. So what's the new car?

I had a similar day, including the battery problem! Changed purses and didn't have my debit card, and only 2 checks. And, even though an hour away from home, I spent a large amount of time trying to duck someone I really didn't feel like having to stop and chat with. She caught me anyways! LOL When I went to mom's this morning, she was on the phone talking to my sister, who lives 55 miles away, right by mine and mom's shopping area. To make a long story short, we did not tell my sister we were shopping at the mall by her house. Well, guess what! We had to call her and BIL to come get the car started. Turned out only to be a loose battery cable. LOL. Then we went back to their house for him to tighten it up good. Mom felt guilty because we did not invite sis along to shop. I didn't feel the same guilt, and tried to convince mom she had a busy day of her own and was probably glad to not feel obliged to meet us.
