Most bodywashes have a lot of oils in them, that is why your skin feels soft after using it. But like you have learned, your body is not the only thing that gets oiled! Some products have more oil than others, this is one of them.

You are better off sticking with a glycerin soap in the shower and using a good lotion afterwards.

When I was a teen, I loved to take long hot baths with scented bathoil. They inevitably left a slippery film in the bathtub. My Mom used to yell at me, so I always cleaned out the tub after my baths. Now I use bathgels and take showers. I haven't taken a bath in years,LOL!

Try oatmeal baths or Dial clean rinse moisture bodybath.

Clorox wipes (in the orange container) will remove the oily residue without scratching the tub.
