As far as I can tell, the way public pools and parks,etc keep their bathrooms tidy, and especially the floors dry, is by assigning staff to clean frequently. At a park near me, I see an hourly cleaning posted, with a name for each hour, and that person signs their name. leaning is done regulatly, and if anyone slacks off or forgets, the management knows whom to blame.

This would be a volunteer effort here by condo residents and perhaps assigning days for individuals to take responsibility is the key. Thanks for your input Jannie.
