Cleaning granite counters

Hey all,

I'm looking for advice on cleaning granite counters. My current method is to wipe down with paper towels and Windex. Or just wiping down with a damp paper towel. I'm wondering if using Windex is harmfull to the stone. Also is there a product used to restore the gloss to granite?
