chemdry carpet cleaning

Has anyone had any experiences with chemdry carpet cleaning? I have a berber carpet with many stains that always reappear after I clean them. I was told this is due to carpet wicking.I have tried everything, but the stain just comes back, and sometimes larger. I already had the carpet steam cleaned, and the problem was worse. Any suggestions?
