Water stain on ultrasuede

Posted by pesky1 (My Page) on

I have an ultrasuede sofa that I had professionally cleaned and it was a good job. But shortly after that, DH spilled water on the seat and it left a stain after I blotted it up. Not so much a stain as a water mark. Each time I try to clean it off, it leaves another watermark.

I really don't want to pay hundreds AGAIN to have one cushion cleaned, so any suggestions? The seat cushions are not removeable. I've got a Little Green upholstry machine but I'm not sure it's got enough suction.

Anyone else have experience with this?

Buy a microfibre cleaning cloth, use just a corner, dampen it ever so slightly and rub just along the borders of the watermark. This has worked For me. Good luck!

Thank you! It worked well. FINALLY I can take the throw off that spot.
