wicking on berber carpet

Does anyone know how to get rid of those re-appearing brown stains on berber carpet. I had the carpet steam cleaned, and a few weeks later the stains reappear. I was told this is carpet wicking, and is common in berber. Some of these stains were due to dog urine.

What color is your berber.
I use peroxide on it in an emergency.
My son cut his foot and accidentally bled all over our house.
I was able to remove every single spot in a minute with peroxide.
But now it may be damaging on a larger spot.

I know a lady who bleaches hers and it did not lose the color?

Just fill a spray bottle with White Vinegar. I have havehad some carpet cleaning people over-wet my white carpet and I just fill a wand garden sprayer and spray it down and the brown out is gone when it drys.
