I have a ceiling fan the has pleated silk fan blades. I have used a feather duster to dust them but they are starting to look a little dingy. I would like to use a damp cloth on them but am afraid that will stain the silk. Anyone have any ideas on how I could clean the silk blades?

I have had good luck with a clean paint brush. It will get inside the pleats. At least this works for pleated lamp shades.

Thanks for the idea of using a paint brush. I tried it and it did a great job.
