| I have a Keurig which I love but I can't get the silly thing to de-scaled enough to run a week without the light coming on again. I've let vinegar sit for 4 hours while it was on 2 times and used bakeing soda once. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do so I can get it cleaned?
Thank you...

| They sell something. I don't remember whatnot is called but I got it in bed bath and beyond. It is powder that comes in packets. I had a hard time locating it and wish I could remember the name, but there is a product out there. |

| Great idea calling Keurig... their customer service was very helpful and was directed to the video below. It worked like a champ and I didn't even have to go anywhere! Thanks for the ideas! |
