Have you called Keurig and asked for their suggestions?

They sell something. I don't remember whatnot is called but I got it in bed bath and beyond. It is powder that comes in packets. I had a hard time locating it and wish I could remember the name, but there is a product out there.

Great idea calling Keurig... their customer service was very helpful and was directed to the video below. It worked like a champ and I didn't even have to go anywhere!
