Hi,

We are in the process of changing from carpet to creamic tile through the whole house and I need help with 2 things:

1) are there any advantages in sealing the grout?

2) which hard floor cleaning machine in the $100-200 price range does a good job of first vacuuming ( have a dog) and then wet/dry cleaning the floor.

I'd appreciate any help as I need to decide b4 the furniture is put back in!
