| We have wool carpet in our basement and it's looped threads of khaki cream and blue. My cat had pee'd on the carpet and I tried to clean it with my spotbot and I used Charlie's Natural laundry detergent as the cleaner and after I cleaned the carpet it became a copper color?!
I have since cleaned the carpet with hot water but there is still a bit of urine smell. What's the best way to clean a wool looped carpet and get urine out? |

| I don't know what to use, but my carpet cleaners I used for our rental said they could not get out cat urine, they wouldn't even try. They can get out dog urine. Good luck. |
