| Doing some laundry a red item transferred color onto a light green. I was out of town when it happened, my teen daughter soaked it in BIZ for 2 days, but that did little. Made the stain look brown rather than red, that's it. Can anything be done? The fabric is 87% cotton and 13% spandex , and already went through the dryer. Instructions are machine wash warm, only non-chlorine bleach.
Right now I'm soaking it in Shout Ultra Stain lifting Gel, but that says soak for only a few minutes on bright colors, and this is fluorescent green. |

| Rit, the dye company, makes a dye remover. I don't know if it will work once the item has been dried? |
