How to remove red smudge from white polyester rash guard?

I do grappling (Jiu Jitsu) classes, my partner's shirt had a red rubberized print on it. After sparring I noticed that his shirt's print smudged my white rash guard. Now my white rash guard has a red smudge on it. Any thoughts on how I could remove them since they're still new? Haven't laundered it yet. Tried rubbing ammonia on it, still no luck. Thanks!

just try a stain remover or your liquid laundry soap and rub it in before washing. I think red may be hard to get out.
