| A rarely used drain to a fountain/fish tank has leaves and soil partially obstructing it. There is a valve down the line and the obstruction is probably there. Construcion will not permit the use of a plunger. A toilet snake is too big. It is all PVC.
Right now I'm running a bit of dish soap through it. If it don't flush out with some soap what is next? |

| How about a wet-dry vac to suck up the obstruction? Maybe a sink snake - I believe they are narrower than toilet snakes. |
