I have a Shark steamer model#S3101. PROS: I like the way it cleans. CONS: I don't like the flimsy pump handle, the cord isn't long enough and it doesn't have an "ON-OFF" switch. Next time I will check those things.

Hi thanks for this awesome Forum :) I ordered a shark vac on Saturday but only just found this discussion I happened to order two one for my 81 year old mother in law and one for myself the lady taking my order was really good until the end not sure if she hung up on me or my phone cut out but I didn't get a confirmation number so I tried calling back they could not help me then I was given a CS number and they couldn't help me. I still don't know if my order went thru or not.

Can any one tell me how long it took to show up on the credit card.
