| The spray bottle that came with my Lotus would not adjust to mist, would only squirt. Sent them an email from their website, and they sent me a new bottle! Thought it was just going to be a replacement nozzle. The new one does mist, but I had to really crank that hummer down. So I'm very happy with the Lotus, and very happy with their customer service. Ree, if you haven't gotten yours replaced, just go to the Tersano website. They'll get you hooked up!
I've been squirting my dog's crusty skin and it seems to be improving. |

| melindy you have mist!! lol Believe it or not, I still have to call..I also have another slight problem with the spray bottle..the bottom sometime leaks..I have to put that on my have to do list. I am glad you are getting a mist now..must be so much better that getting everything soaking wet.. thanks for letting me know!! Happy lotus-ing (smile) Ree ps..glad you dog is getting better..so amazing! |
