My son slobbers/drools heavily in his sleep and it leaves white spots on the sheets and pillows. Those come off in the wash, but I'm having trouble finding a way to remove them from the throw pillows and now, happily, the couch. :)

Anyone know a trick for getting these off without water/washing machine?

It acts like toothpaste, where when you rub it off, even with a damp rag, it shows back up when it dries!
