I would use vinegar and water. It gets rid of the water spots and is what I use on my laminate floors. Since the bamboo is in your bathroom, I have to assume it has a water proof finish.

[bubble up] Wife just bought a house with bamboo floors. New floors never been lived on and not the less expensive sort - she tells me. Is there link to cleaning and maintenance from the beginning?
