Use that combination and you will be dead with clean teeth!

Baking soda alone will clean your teeth well as well as your breath. It is a very old form of toothpaste. Nothing wrong with a drop of flavoring, but avoid the Barkeepers Friend or you'll take the enamel off your teeth.

If you want vanilla toothpaste, try Google.

Don't put cleanser in your mouth.

BKF contains oxalic acid, which is poisonous to mammals. I would not put it in my mouth. You can make a dental paste out of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, but be prepared for a lot of foam!

Albert, Bar Cleaners Friend is way too strong for tooth enamel. You would be putting yourself in for some major dental bills down the road.

As mentioned above, use baking soda & flavor however you want.
