Use a vapor steam cleanrer..Put the setting on low,,
Another way but no as effectve, is distilled water on a microfiber cloth...

I neglected to mention that this is a black couch. I don't own a vapor steam cleaner. Someone advised that it may need to be professionally cleaned-I have no idea of what the cost may be. I am going to look at the couch tomorrow. I appreciate your responses and look forward to a reply.
