Cleaning a Sink Grid

Posted by kitchen (My Page) on

My sink grid is looking gundgy. I've tried soaking the sink, covering the grid, with water and vinegar. It still is not as clean and shiny as the sink. Can I scrub the grid? Is the only option to take it outside and spray it with the outdoor hose? It won't fit in my stupid dishwasher drawers. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Not sure what a sink grid is but you could try sprinkling with baking soda and then spraying with a vinegar/water mix. Let it sit and then scrub. I think baking soda is a miracle, it cleans just about anything!

Cover it with water and dishwashing detergent...the kind meant for the dishwaasher. Let it sit over night ands crub with a brush....rinse and it should be clean.
