Wash them, according to the care instructions, and hang them outdoors to dry in the sun and fresh air. Use plenty of water - do not overload the washer. Add baking soda (half cup to one cup per load) And do not let dirty clothing sit in hampers or piles on your floor - the bacteria that cause 'body odor" can live in dirty laundry and increase the smell.

Believe it or not, I read that Fabreeze (the antibacterial one) works. May be worth a try.

Add about 1-2 cups of white distilled vinegar to your laundry during washing. Once the clothes are dried, the vinegar smell will be gone too. White distilled vinegar is safe on color clothings.

I had a poly blouse that seemed to get body odor really bad. Nothing worked so I tried boiling it. I filled a pot with water and boiled it for several minutes. The blouse was none the worse and completely odor free! I couldn't wear it anymore so I had nothing to lose by trying it.

Adding Odoban or Simple Green to the wash water works also.
